Hi I am restarting my blog after almost nine years .. a lot of water has swept by under the bridge since then .... lots of cartoons stuck in may various pads and notes ... humorous aspects of day to day life of years in the service of the of the Nation... with no malice of anyone... resemblance to anyone purely coincidental ...:)
